| As you may have read, only genin are going to be open for awhile. This has been decided by the admins. THOUGH there are some spots open that are NOT gennin ranks. Unfortunetely, our beloved Mountain country is without a kage and the ranks of jounin for each country needs to be at most 2. so for each country jounin will be available because we need teachers for our gennin. This will take actions one 3 other admins approve of this topic.
