Body Replacement Technique
Desc: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits.

Body Flicker Technique
Desc: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.

Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique
Chakra Use: Small
Description: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult. Shuriken can be hid within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames they can be controlled with chakra.
Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Chakra Use: Medium
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

Lightning Release:
Chakra Use: Medium
Description: Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This makes it nearly impossible to evade.
Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana
Chakra Use: Large
Description: (This would be for the spike at the end of Okuni's umbrella) This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go stiff, making it impossible for the opponent to move.
Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire
Chakra Use: Medium-Large
Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes its shape into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.
Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
Chakra Use: Large
Description: The user kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking, dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skillful shinobi. The spat out flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

Important Body Points Disturbance
Chakra Use: Medium
Description:By converting chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, the user is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.
Chidori Current
Chakra Use: Large
Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This will also neutralize other lightning jutsu so long as they are not more powerful. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Chidori
Chakra Use: Large
Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
History and RP SampleHistory: Okuni was born near a shrine in Yamagakure and was daughter to a blacksmith. She became a priestess there and, as part of her duties to help support the shrine, she was often sent to various places to perform dances and collect money(Ryo?). While performing there, she became widely known for her sensuous nembutsu dance and various humorous skits involving lovers spats. She was performing as early as eight or eleven years old. Various other accounts also confirm her presence at Ongakugakure though they each state different years and dances that she could have performed. Pre-Academy Arc: Okuni was tutored by her mother for a couple months before she enrolled into the academy. Academy Arc: Enrolled when she was 8, Okuni was a top student in the academy and succesfully made it to the rank of Genin after a couple years. Genin Arc: It took Okuni a bit to master her Genin rank but slowly made it to the exams. Chuunin Exam: By the time Okuni made it to the Chunin exams it was obvious that she had different was of fighting and different jutsu styles for she was master with Fire and Lightning elements. Chuunin Arc: Okuni successfully made it through the exams with her dance-style fighting and evil pointy umbrella. Jounin Exam: Okuni passed the Jounin exam with difficulty because her umbrella broke, but in the end she passed it successfully. Jounin Arc: Okuni remained a Jounin for the most part of her life, but the only thing she ever wanted to do is be a dancing star. RP Sample: Okuni began her day with a yawn as she walked towards her wardrobe to change from her silky, lace lined, pjs. She changed into her normal everyday outfit and walked to her kitchen to make herself some pancakes when she notice something missing in her room. She inspected the room and noticed her umbrella was missing. Okuni’s memories from the day before were very distant. She could barely remember when she went to sleep. Then as she walked towards the kitchen she noticed something off place. She noticed the umbrella of hers in the closet for her shoes. “Now how did this get in here, kyu?” RP Test | |
