Training

Mushy was sitting on a beach chair on the beach of magma, she had shades on and bandages that wrapped her chest. she had a bikini bottom as well. she seemed to be sun bathing, enjoying the heat on her skin, she loved it. she had a crooked smile on her face as she awaited her two new students; Riku and Riddel. Riku seemed really excited to train and fight her, though Riddel couldn't match him. she new Riku would be more of the muscle in a shinobi team, though she also new Riddel would be a great stratigist as well as a shinobi. She new Riddel focused more on mental capabilities rather than physical, more of a genjutsu user. This was quite uncomon for a lava country shinobi, to specialise in Genjutsu. Though, her epectations for Riddel were not higher, nor lower than for Riku. she expected alot from both of them.

She had also thought of an ideal training session. it would be a three task training. First, she would make them attempt the well known "bell test". after that, though it may take awhile, she would higher chunin in order to create a fake emergency for the two genin to accomplish. after that, Mushy would make them challenge each other after they master their abilities more so than they do now.

Riddel slowly crawled out of her bed and slid across the floor of her room like a snake as she made her way over to the clothes she had set out the previous night. She was still too tired to use her motor skills effectively and her slow progress at putting on her clothes made the speed a turtle could pop out of their shell lightspeed by comparison. Once she had finally dressed in her clothes, which consisted of white undergarments and a very large white shirt that went down to her knees, she put on her clogs which brought her height up about 2in or so up. Finally she put on her bangles and then headed out to the Beach of Magma. She sung the song "Amaranth" by Nightwish very loudly as she made her way there and did several little dance hops and steps as she slowly neared the beach. She spotted Mushy sitting on a beach chair and slowly made her way over to her. "Hello there Lady Sendo. I'm sorry if I kept you waiting." She looked around for a moment to see if she could spot Riku but after a few seconds with no other sights, she figured he had yet to arrive. She awkwardly stood as she waited for something to happen and fiddled with her hair a little as she waited.

"you, keep me waiting? oh no dont worry about it. im not a very strict teacher, dont think ill be strict on time." she said calmly as she looked around. "where is your friend riddel?" she said calmly as she got out of her beach chair and walked bare footed onto the heated ground, she was used to it. "well, his lose. i guess ill begin teaching you a couple things before we get to the real training. "she said as she made a couple hand signs. "the first thing you need to learn are a couple fire jutsu in order to be a recognizable shinobi in the lava country." she said pausing for a second, putting one hand towards her mouth. " Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu." she said calmly as she shot a couple fireballs out at the ground, each making a small explosion when contact was made. "in order to achieve this you must concentrate on the Katon element after you make your hand signs. bring chakra into your hands and mouth as you shoot out the fireballs. this jutsu can be used offensively, or provide an obstacle for an enemy while you prepare for something else....simply said...you try it." Mushasune said calmly


Jutsu teaching (two post learning process. and yes you may specialize in genjutsu, but you may have a couple basic ninjutsu ^^))

She watched as Lady Sendo went through a series of hand signs and her focus on Sendo's hands didn't waiver a bit, even when the fireballs were launched. She stood motionlessly for a moment and she slowly brought her hands up to her chest level and placed her hands together. She very slowly went through each hand sign and then brought a hand up to her mouth. "Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu." Two fireballs shot forward and both shot off in haphazard directions. Niether of them went where she had intended the general area to be but, she hadn't expected it to work at all but, even so she still felt dissapointed. The fireballs rolled across the ground when they hit the ground and then quickly fizzed out without leaving any evidence that they were ever there. "Um... I don't think that was quite what you wanted... I'm sorry." She looked sad that she hadn't managed to perform it perfectly and felt a little like she was wasting Lady Sendo's time.

she watched the series of hand signs that riddel performed, keeping a close eye on what she did in order to critique it. she seemed extremely concentrated as she watched. though she realized an unbalance in chakra when she performed the jutsu in itself. the hand signs were fine, but the chakra control was a little low. she than saw the fireballs pathetically move and fiz out on the ground. she merely cracked a crooked smile. "its completely fine Riddel, i couldn't get it ny first time either. it does take some time. try again, this time concentrate on your chakra control in the designated area were the fire is created. than point in the direction you want the fire balls to spray across. its a difficult jutsu, but i know you can do it." mushasune said with a smile as she looked at Riddel calmly. she than walked over to her and gave her a slight nuggie, hugging her even as she said calmly. "Tust me." she said as she walked away again, waiting for her to try again.

Riddel nodded and refocused her mind. She closed her eyes and slowly went through each hand sign before bringing one of her hands to her mouth. "Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu." She refused to open her eyes and focused a large amount of chakra towards her fingertips and her mouth. She opened her eyes and shot out several fireballs that scattered around the general area she wished them to go. The fireballs had fairly large explosions and her hair fluttered back a bit as the fire slowly dwindled away. "I think that was right." There was no pride in her voice but, she did clearly sound at least a little happy about her success.

Mushy laughed and clapped as Riddel accomplished her jutsu training. it was spectacular to see her grasp it so fast and well, it shocked mushy in general. this girl, she seemed to have a devout dedication to proving herself to not mushy, but to herself. that was one thing most shinobi did not do, they focused on how they looked in other peoples eyes rather than ones own. this girl was different, but she still had alot of training and work to do. "that was amazing, im glad you mastered it. now, for you next training we are going to focus on defence. you see genjutsu specialists lack physical capabilities as well as defence. thus im going to teach you how to avoid attacks more so than you do now.......fallow my..." she said as she vanished, reappearing behind her punching at her leg. "movements." she said. the attack itself would not hurt Riddel, but it would knock her on her ass if she failed the test...though it was the start of the test, mushy didn't expect her to grasp the idea yet.

Riddel smiled at Lady Sendo's reaction and listened to what she said intently. Once she suddenly stopped talking and her body vanished alarms in Riddel's head went off. Shoot. Because this is training, it's most likely a knockdown attack or some sort of grab but, it's not like I have enough time to move anyway. She felt something hit her leg and then her body begin to fall. Well at least I was right but, I couldn't dodge it... After what felt like an eternity, she landed on the ground on her butt. "Ow." That was the only sound she made while the rest of her comments were directed to herself. "I'm sorry Lady Sendo. I couldn't move fast enough."

"Speed is not always the key to avoiding physical attacks. Sure it may be useful, but a more suitable way to avoid physical attacks is to predict its outcome and act before it even gets to you. i know your smart and probably concluded that i was going to attack you, the only thing you need to do in react and avoid the attack, speed may help, but without the ability to predict an attack even speed wont help you." she said calmly as she walked away, suddenly dissapearing again. she performed a sweep kick towards the sitting Riddel, the sweep would lift her up and spin her in the air. after that riddel would fall and crash on the ground. this seemed brutal, but it had purpose. "fallow my movements!" she said as she performed her sweep kick.

As Lady Sendo vanished, Riddel felt the same sensation and her mind felt like it went into overdrive. I'm low on the ground so an attack with her fists would be directed at my face. This is still training though so... A low kick? She began to roll to the side but, felt something hit her back and roll her farther than she had intended to go. When her body stopped rolling, she was holding herself up with her hands and legs and she slowly stood up. "I'm sorry Lady Sendo. I didn't dodge that one either..." The look on her face looked pained as she said the words and her stance seemed far less relaxed than earlier.

Mushy stood up after the sweep kick. she smiled at Riddel. she new that the role was an attempt to dodge, and she had done it well ahead of time. Riddel was no idiot, she was a genius. if she had the skills, she could one day match or even surpass mushasune herself. this made mushy smile. "Riddel, you did fine. that was actually alot better than the last one. your grasped the ideal of thinking and acting on your pridictions faster than i would expect you to. Im impressed. You really are growing up Riddel." she said calmly as she said one more thing. "one more attack, watch me carefully. this will e the end of yoru training for today." she said calmly as she scratched her head. soon she vanished with another body flicker, appearing beihnd riddel, but it was more of a trick. she than vanished again, this time above her, karate chopping it Riddel's shoulder. she new that if she was concenrtated, she would be able to side step away from the attack, even under pressure, she beleived in her.

Riddel nodded and felt the now welcoming sensation run through her mind as Lady Sendo vanished. She quickly moved her eyes to her left and right. Not there, that leaves either above or behind me. She felt a slight disturbance from behind her and figured she had moved again. Still not to my left or right. If I assume that she was behind me than that means she's somewhere above me now. So I just need to clear the distance that my body takes up. She pushed with her left foot and hopped to the right as quickly as she could. Although she figured she had cleared enough area to move out of the way, she continued to move away in case of any after effects of the attack. Mission Accomplished. A gentle smile crossed her face as she replayed the event in her head to dodge the attack. I'm sure you was holding back but, thank you for humoring me Lady Sendo.


OoC: although the thoughts are long, these are pretty much instantaneous.

Mushy vanished again, appaering beihnd Riddel, grabbing her and pulling her close to her breasts. she pretty much squezzed Riddel's face in her breasts. "Oh my gosh, that was AMAZING! im extremely impressed. congrats! you did amazing, that was a great increase in skill." she said as she gave her a playful nuggie. "i new you had it in you." she said as she let her go and patted her on the back. "next training session starts in three days. meet me here again at the same time. im still incredibly impressed. when i was your age, i myself couldn't complete what you ahd done as fast as you had." she smiled as she walked and picked up something that she had set down when she originally got here. "here take this, a gift." she said calmly. it was a decent amount of money and a couple of tickets to free ramen in the volcano country.

Riddel was ready to take it easy when she felt herself being pulled back by Lady Sendo. "Th-thank you very much, Lady Sendo." She quickly brought her hands up to her hair and smoothed it back out after the nuggie. She nodded in acknowledgement of the next training session and took a quick bow. "Thank you very much for your time, Lady Sendo." She had only barely seen the gift Lady Sendo threw to her and had almost dropped the gift when she raised her hands to catch it. "Thank you very much, Lady Sendo!" She bowed again and then gave a small wave before heading off home. She felt oddly tired even though the training session had been fairly short. She quickly made her way back home and went to sleep almost immediately afterwards, skipping out on dinner. She dreamt of food floating around her room that would constantly move out of her grasp just as she was about to eat it.
