Village Information: Makaigakure, (Literally meaning "Village Hidden in The Underworld") is the definition of a shinobi village. Every male is taught from the age of three to be a shinobi, and every girl is educated to be scholars, wives, politicians, crafters, and in times of war, have been even trained to be Kunoichi. The government is usually ruled by the clan leader and the kage, which is ten times out of ten the same person. A counsel of powerful shinobi in the village always decide the next kage, usually right out of the counsel. The village itself, is hidden underground. No one outside of the village knows the way into it, but, the Juki have developed a jutsu that allows the earth above them to simply act as if it was tinted glass, allowing the sun to come in but no one to see the village itself. There are several small settlement which is guarded heavily by walls and ANBU level shinobi nearby to the actual village. This acts as the Juki's link to the outside world, allowing other villages to contact and, if they are stupid enough, to attempt to start war.
People in the settlements grow the provided food and make the needed supplies for the actual shinobi village, and brings them in through very well hidden tunnel systems. In return, they are given the protection and service of the shinobi of Juki.
The Juki have a strict policy of who is allowed in and out of the actual, hidden village, no one chuunin or below can leave, and a minimum of ten jounin must remain in the village at all times. The kage and clan leader often is outside of the village, and only brought into the actual village if he is needed for training, important duties or sometimes personal things.
Jutsu Preference: The Juki often use a mix of Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and stealth techniques. They are masters of sneaking their way into countries, learning everything they need to know about the country, and leaving before anyone even knew that they were there.
